The Endowment Fund Scholarship Application is due by May 1st with no exception. If you'd prefer a paper copy, please call the office and request one be mailed to you.
I hereby affirm that the foregoing information on this application and in the accompanying biography supplied by me is accurate. I agree that should I receive the scholarship, the money will be used for tuition and / or books at an accredited Post-Secondary School, Vocational, College or University.

SCHOLARSHIP DISTRIBUTION GUIDELINES
Requests for scholarships must be received by May 1 of every qualifying year.
Requests for scholarships will be made on the Bethlehem Lutheran Church form and all pertinent information completed.
Only one scholarship per applicant will be awarded for a school year.
Scholarships will be awarded for undergraduate degrees only with a maximum of five (5) years.
Applicant must be a registered member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
Scholarship awards will be distributed at a church service.
Scholarship funds to match a Bethlehem Endowment Scholarship may be available from some colleges, especially those religiously affiliated. Please check with the college to see if they provide matching funds for scholarships given by congregations and if they have any requirements for the matching funds, such as checks needing to be made out to the college instead of the student.
